A: Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for our hand-made items. However, if there are any problems with your order, such as broken parts, please reach out to us at support@dreamyoasisdecor.com
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Since our items are handmade and made to order, the shipping time can vary. Generally, it takes between 2-4 weeks to ship, depending on the item. For more accurate shipping times, please refer to the product description.
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Yes, we offer customization options for certain items. However, please note that the price may vary depending on the customization requested. Before placing your order, please contact us at support@dreamyoasisdecor.com to discuss your customization requirements.
Q: Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed. Since our items are handmade, we begin working on them immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number. You can reach us at support@dreamyoasisdecor.com or on INSTAGRAM @dreamyoasisdecor. We will do our best to correct the address before the item is shipped. However, if the item has already been shipped, we recommend contacting your delivery carrier with the tracking number to redirect the package to the correct address. Please note that additional fees may apply and once the carrier has possession of the package, it is their responsibility.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
